IQVIA: Mastering Global Clinical Trial Communication

When a global leader in clinical research like IQVIA needs to communicate with patients and ethics committees across the world, the linguistic challenge is immense. In 2021, we were chosen to become their trusted partner for this critical work.

Our collaboration quickly scaled to encompass the translation of over 1 million words of sensitive and highly regulated documents. This included everything from patient-facing Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) to formal Ethics Committee (EC) letters. The complexity wasn't just in the content, but in the scope, as we expertly managed translations from English into a diverse range of languages, including Chinese, Korean, and several European languages, as well as from Chinese back into English.
